RØK Barbecue
Not your casual BBQ
RØK is a barbecue concept in which fire is central. Low and slow, different ingredients are smoked in our Texan smoker. The grill in the restaurant shows that our chefs can master fire like no other. BBQ is taken seriously here!
Fire, smoke, pure ingredients and passionate chefs ensure a regularly changing menu. Fish, meat or vegetarian, there is always a wide selection. Come and eat a plate alone or let yourself be surprised as a group by the generous sharing plates.
Catering
Open fire cooking is of course not possible inside the hall, but the chefs like to show their control of fire at events. A complete lamb or pork over the fire, vegetables and mushrooms cooked in the coals, hamburgers, .. the kitchen can generate an offer according to demand for every event. RØK is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 12 am noon to 2 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm.

RØK Barbecue Fine Dining!
Between Christmas and New Year, RØK Barbecue is doing Fine Dining! We are moving away from our separation between meat, fish and vegetable dishes and are now doing small and large festive dishes, and for the first time, desserts too! Fancy!
The Billy QR system and self-service will still apply, although we will bring out the Christmas spirit! To give you a hint, the menu already includes:
- Rotellini with Champion Duxelle
- Homemade Porchetta
- Burbot cheeks smoked in hay

RØK Burgers stays the same!
RØK Burgers will remain open from noon to 9pm throughout the period with our regular classics. Reservations can be made for the burgers during lunch and dinner, although this is not a must. RØK Burgers is open continuously for those who are and hungry!

Home-ground meat, slow-cooked chicken, shiitake mushrooms, Berloumi (Belgian Halloumi), pulled pork, bacon and cheese… These are just one of the many options that end up among the sandwiches made by our neighbours from Himschoot. In combination with fresh potato wedges. Savory comfort food available all day long to match with your freshly poured beer!
